Jessica Utts, Ph.D., is Professor Emerita of Statistics at the University of California, Irvine. After receiving her Ph.D. in Statistics at Penn State University, she spent thirty years as a professor and associate vice provost at the University of California, Davis, before moving to UC Irvine.
